Bluver is a family owned company specialized in the production of fine food, Antipasti And deep-frozen seafood recipes ready to cook.
Started as a local enterprise more then 30 years ago, Bluver has steadily grown to become a leader company in the european fine food marketplace.
Bluver is based in Apulia (South Italy), a region with an ancient cookery tradition.
Since the beginning, we put all our passion and the best raw material in our products.
We combine the best of traditional recipes with the most advanced technologies in a strict quality control in order to preserve the three pillars of our mission: fine taste, high quality products and customer satisfaction.
A consistent part of the machining is still handmade to ensure the utmost care of raw material in order to obtain a product with artisanal goodness.

We choose our suppliers after a severe selection in terms of quality and liability.
Every raw materials delivery must pass a strict quality control to be accepted in the manufacturing process.
Manufacturing’s Monitoring
We constantly monitor quality parameters during the manufacturing (e.g. PH, temperature etc.).
Workplace Hygiene
Our employees follow strict hygiene standards as well as our equipments are constantly cleaned-up to guarantee a safe and uncontaminated workplace.
